Parks

My favourite photo from the Parks Presentation. A candid portrait of a man playing an accordion for money. The effect on the viewer would seem to be sorrow and pity, making you want to go give him some money yourself. The lighting and shadows on the old man makes the subject itself more dramatic, and that he's sitting down, as if to symbolize he were below everyone else, makes you feel even more sorry for him.

Langston Hughes

I read for 21 minutes. My favourite poem of what I read was "As I Grew Older".
